Step 1: Open any WILLS JEWELLERY email
Step 2: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email

Stock Status
In Stock
If the product you wish to purchase is in stock, there will be an "In Stock" label next to it. After confirming the order and processing personalization requests, we will notify you to arrange delivery, and the product is usually ready within one to three weeks from the confirmation of the order, with the exact delivery time confirmed via email.
Custom
If the product label shows "Made to Order," it means we will arrange for a brand new product to be made for you. Products are usually ready within 6-12 weeks from the confirmation of the order, and the exact delivery time will be confirmed via email.
Design and Customization Services
If you wish to use the jewelry design service, we can arrange for a professional jewelry designer to create a custom piece just for you. Please fill out the online custom order form and send it to us, and we will confirm via email and arrange a meeting to discuss product design and materials. The jewelry design will be completed in 1-2 weeks. After confirming the deposit payment, the product will be completed in about 8-12 weeks.
