Step 1: Click on “WILLS JEWELLERY” at the top right hand side of the page and log in to your WILLS JEWELLERY account
Step 2: To make any changes to your details, please click on the “Edit” button on the right for each section
Step 3: Click on “Save Changes” once you have made and ascertained the updated information
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR MAILING LIST?
We are very sorry to see you go! If you must, however, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open an email sent out to you by WILLS JEWELLERY
Step 2: Click on the button “Unsubscribe to Newsletter” at the bottom of the email
By clicking on the button, you will be unsubscribed from all WILLS JEWELLERY editorial and content-related newsletters. However, you might still receive mail-outs relating to your orders. Should you change your mind and would like to receive our editorial newsletters again, simply click on “Account” at the top right hand corner, and select your preferred email under “Preferences". In the event if you would like to be entirely removed from WILLS JEWELLERY database, please send us a note at info@wills.hk with the request and we will deactivate your mailing address and account from our base in 3 working days.

IN STOCK JEWELLERY
In Stock items are clearly marked with an "In Stock" icon. We will notice you when the shipment is available. Local delivery generally takes place within 1 - 3 weeks of purchase but please be sure to check the delivery with our conformational email.
MADE TO ORDER JEWELLERY
Made to Order are clearly marked with an “Made To Order” icon. Once ordered, these items are literally manufactured just for you. Therefore, we usually ship your order 6 - 12 weeks after your purchase. Please be sure to check the delivery with our conformational email.
DESIGN AND TAILOR MADE JEWELLERY
Our Jewellery designers are ready to help you create your own design. Please fill in the 'Design/ Tailor Made' form and send it to us. For all the Tailor Made products, we will quote our retail price and suggest the product materials to you through email. The design draft will finish within 1 - 2 weeks. Upon your email confirmation and payment, we will process your order in production approximately 8 - 12 weeks before shipping.
