In the past market, ruby has always been the first among red corundums, until its appearance - Padparascha (Padparascha).

Padparadscha is the king of pink corundum. The name originates from the Sinhala "Padmaraga", which is the language of Sri Lanka, the home of gems. Padma is Lotus, and Raga is Color, which means the color is as pure and sacred as the lotus. It is a religious symbol, also known as lotus corundum. Many fans confuse pink sapphire with padparadscha because both have pink elements, but padparadscha is characterized by a pink with a distinct hint of orange. When orange elements fall on pink, they are often absorbed or even swallowed. Therefore, compared to pink sapphires, padparadscha is extremely rare, so it has the reputation of being a miracle of one in 50,000.
