      HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

      Placing an order on WILLS JEWELLERY is a simple affair! Just follow the steps below to get your hands on your favourite items on our site:
      Step 1: Click on an item that you like 
      Step 2: Select your preferred size (if applicable) in the middle position, select package, delivery ways, "Design Your Love Language" (For customized products) (if applicable), and click “Add to Bag” 
      Step 3: Confirm the quantity and item on the Cart Page. Should you have a voucher code, please input into voucher field available, otherwise click “Proceed to Checkout” to proceed. 

      Step 4: At the "Check-out" page, you would be asked to indicate your shipping information, select your preferred payment mode and login to use W Dollars
      Step 5: Click “Place order” at the Check-out page You’re done! You will be receiving an Order Confirmation email shortly after your order is placed, and will also be receiving an Order Shipped email once your shopping is shipped out of our warehouse to our delivery partners.

      HOW TO FIND YOUR COMFORTABLE RING SIZE?

      We provide a printable ring sizer www.wills/hk/ringsizesmeasure that can help you determine your ring size. Prior to printing, ensure that page scaling is set to "none" on your print dialog box.

       

      Finger size changes depending on the time of day and the weather. For best results measure your finger size: At the end of the day and when your fingers are warm (Fingers are smaller in the early morning and when cold.) Measure finger size 3 to 4 times to eliminate an erroneous reading.

      Avoid using string or paper to measure ring size as these materials can stretch or twist, yielding an inaccurate measurement.

       

      TIPS FOR BUYING THE RING AS A SURPRISE

      Ask your significant other’s friends or mother if they know her finger size.

      Borrow his/her ring (from the correct finger) and use the ring measurements above to determine its size.

      I HAVE RECEIVED A DISCOUNT VOUCHER IN ABSOLUTE VALUE I.E. HKD100. HOW IS THE DISCOUNT VALUE BEING APPLIED TO MY SHOPPING?

      In the event you receive one of our marketing vouchers with an absolute value discount, the discount is typically apportioned among the items in your cart, according to their respective value. Here is an example for your consideration:

      Pinky has a $100 discount voucher. She decides to purchase Item A which costs $200 and Item B which costs $800. The total value of her order before discount is $1000. The value discount will be apportioned in this manner:

      Item A: (200/1000)*$100 = $20 off $200, which is $180

      Item B: (800/1000)*$100 = $80 off $800, which is $720

      The final amount Pinky needs to pay would be $900, after the $100 discount voucher is effected.

      THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WOULD WILLS JEWELLERY BE RE-STOCKING OR PROVIDING BACKORDERS?

      We are sorry to hear that! We do our best to keep an optimal stock level to meet expected demand, however, certain popular items might quickly run out of stock. WILLS JEWELLERY also currently do not provide back-orders. Restocking is done, depending on the respective suppliers’ available stock for each brand as well.

      We believe returns should be free and easy for our customers. With a 7-day free return policy, another customer might have returned the same item, and seeing that it is in a good condition for sale, we would have put it back on the website. We apologise for the inconvenience caused
