WILLS JEWELLERY
Auction Guidelines

Any Facebook user can participate in WILLS JEWELLERY's auction events. Please remember "serious inquiries only"; when you decide to bid on our products, it means you are willing to take full responsibility for the price you propose and to complete the transaction.

Auction Format
Our auctions are conducted in an open format, with all auction items previewed on our store's Facebook page and online store, followed by the auction on the Facebook page.

Auction Item Preview
Each auction item will be publicly previewed on the Facebook page and website before bidding starts, allowing you to better understand the quality, form, and pricing of the auction items. Interested buyers can also make an appointment to visit our store to learn more or try on the auction items.

Conducting the Auction
After the preview period, our store will conduct the auction on the Facebook page, and all Facebook users can participate. The auction will be time-limited, and within the specified time, the highest bidder can purchase the auction item.

Payment for Purchases
The auction follows the principle of "highest bid wins"; the highest bidder within the specified time can purchase the product. The winning bidder must complete payment within three working days after the auction ends to finalize the transaction.

Payment methods:
1. Bank transfer
2. FPS
3. Payme
4. Credit card (in-store payment)
5. Cash (in-store payment)

Delivery Methods
After our store receives the payment, you can choose to pick up the auction item at the store or have it delivered to your specified address.

《*Note*》
The winning bidder is responsible for completing the transaction. If the transaction cannot be completed for any personal reason, you will be blacklisted and will not be able to participate in any future auctions at our store. So remember, serious inquiries only; think carefully before bidding. Thank you for your attention.

If the winning bidder fails to fulfill the transaction, the auction item may be purchased by the second highest bidder. If the second highest bidder also fails to fulfill the transaction, the auction will be terminated.

Basic Auction Guidelines

An auction is a long-standing commercial trading model that sells specific items to the highest bidder through open bidding. Buyers can actively propose what they consider a reasonable price to purchase their desired items, gaining the right to lead the pricing in the transaction, making the process exciting and thrilling!

Who can participate in the auction?
Any Facebook user can participate in WILLS JEWELLERY's auction.

How to Bid
All auction items will be posted as posts on our store's Facebook page. Interested bidders can comment on the post of the auction item with their bid and "reply to the post." All auction items will have a starting price, bid increment, and buy-it-now price.

Starting Price
The initial price of the auction item will definitely be lower than our store's regular selling price to attract everyone to bid.

Bid Increment
The amount by which the buyer increases the bid each time, calculated in multiples. For example, if the bid increment is $500, the bidder must add $500 or multiples of $500 (i.e., 500, 1000, 1500, and so on) to the previous bid.

Buy-It-Now Price
The price to directly purchase the auction item, skipping the auction process.

Auction End
The auction will end at the specified time. At the end (based on the time of Facebook comments), the highest bidder can purchase the auction item. Our store will announce the confirmation of the highest bidder in the post and will contact you via phone/WhatsApp to arrange payment and delivery.
