Basic information about auctions

Auction is a time-honored business buying and selling model that uses public bidding to sell a specific item to the highest bidder. Buyers can take the initiative to propose a price they think is reasonable, and gain the right to dominate the price in the transaction. The process is exciting!

Who can participate in the auction?
Anyone who is a Facebook user can participate in the WILLS JEWELLERY auction.

How to bid
All auction items will be posted on our Facebook page. If you are interested in bidding, you can leave a message with your bid in the post of the auction item and "reply to the post". All auction items will have a reserve price, bid price and direct purchase price.

Reserve Price
The initial price of the auction item must be lower than the daily selling price of our store to attract everyone to bid together.

Price per mouth
The buyer's price increase for each bid is calculated as a multiple. For example, if the bid price is $500, the bidder needs to add $500 or a multiple of $500 (i.e. 500, 1000, 1500, and so on) to the previous bid.

Direct Purchase Price
The price to purchase the auction items directly, skipping the auction process.

Auction ends
The auction will end at the specified time. At the end (based on the time of Facebook message), the highest bidder can purchase the auction item. Our store will announce in the post the highest bidder who has confirmed the purchase of the auction item, and will also contact you by phone/whatsapp to arrange payment and settlement.
