All loose stones and jewelry auctioned by WILLS JEWELLERY have been certified by our store's experts to ensure that the gems and diamonds inlaid are natural and non-artificial. Some of them are even accompanied by gemstone laboratory certificates. Auction Format
Our store's auction is conducted in a public manner. All auction items will be previewed on our Facebook page and online store, and will be auctioned on our Facebook page.

Auction item preview
Each auction item will be publicly previewed on the Facebook page and website before bidding starts, allowing you to have a clearer understanding of the quality, shape and pricing of the auction items. Interested buyers can also make an appointment to come to our store to learn about or try on the auction items in person.

Conduct Auction
After the preview period, our store will conduct an auction on our Facebook page, and all Facebook users can participate in the auction. The auction is a limited-time auction, and within a limited time, you, the highest bidder, can purchase the item.

Pay the purchase price
The auction is based on the principle of "highest bidder," and the highest bidder within a limited time can purchase the product. The winning bidder must complete payment within three working days of the end of the auction to complete the transaction.

How to bid
All auction items will be posted on our Facebook page. If you are interested in bidding, you can leave a message with your bid in the post of the auction item and "reply to the post". All auction items will have a reserve price, bid price and direct purchase price.

Reserve price
The initial pricing of auction items must be lower than our regular selling prices to attract everyone to bid together.

Price per bid
The price increase for each bid by the buyer is calculated in multiples. For example, if the price per bid is $500, the bidder needs to bid at $500 or a multiple of $500 (i.e. 500, 1000, 1500 and so on) is superimposed on the previous bid.

Direct purchase price
Buy auction items directly, skipping the auction process.

Auction Ends
The auction will end at the specified time. At the end (based on the time of Facebook message), the highest bidder can purchase the auction item. Our store will announce in the post the highest bidder who has confirmed the purchase of the auction item, and will also contact you by phone/whatsapp to arrange payment and settlement.
